The Position: We’re looking for a Physical Therapist that is experienced or newly graduated. The pay range we’re offering is $65,000 – $80,000. We offer company match for 401K, medical insurance and paid time off. We encourage our physical therapist to become independent entrepreneurs of their practice.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in DPT, Certification, Physiological Knowledge, Health Promotion and Maintenance, Agreeable personality that is conducive to creating a safe, effective environment, Motivational with patients and team members, Legal compliance, Quality focus, Soothing bedside manner, Clinical Skills, Pain Management knowledge, Persistence, Optimistic Energy Level.
Responsibilities:
- Meets the patient’s goals, provides quality care, conducts an examination and evaluates and implements a plan of care.
- Implement patient’s individualized plan of care, in conjunction with physical therapy assistants, consisting of; manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic exercises, gait training, endurance training, establish home exercise plans and initiate family training to improve patients participation in society.
- Documents patient care services in electronic medical record in compliance with Federal and State laws.
- Sustains safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies and developing and conducting in-service training programs.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to HIPAA and infection control requirements; advising management on needed actions.
